We do not exchange items unless it is due to our mistake in shipping the wrong product. 

•  If an employee wishes to return a product, it must be returned within 15 days to qualify for a refund. Please note that freight charges are non-refundable. All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn, we reserve the right to deny your return. Additionally, items with odors of smoke, perfume, or pet hair will not be accepted for return.
