We do not exchange items unless it is due to our mistake in shipping the wrong product. 

•  If an employee wishes to return a product, it must be returned within 15 days to qualify for a refund. Please note that freight charges are non-refundable. All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned.
